W10's new and mysterious restaurant/nightclub is making some serious waves with it's unique star studded 'Undisclosed Fridays' which has seen the likes of Rudimental, Bakermat, Groove Armada, Seth Troxler, Guy Gerber and Maceo Plex (thus far!) all to grace the decks over the past five Fridays; some names ey! MODE can certainly boast its diverse range in music taste with its 'Live Music Thursdays' showcasing an array of talent from all over the world specialising in all sorts of genres. If that's not enough MODE also is open for 'Signature Saturdays' which is another opportunity to dance the night away to their impressive selection of Resident DJs including Joshua Roberts, a previous winner of the 'BBC Radio 1 Young DJ Search', Lee Rous (Plump DJs) and MODE co-founder Jolyon.
It's safe to say the music line ups are the best around, and to match that how about the VOID Soundsystem which features the first VOID Stasys X:air in Europe and the first club in the world to utilise the VOID Tri-motion DJ Monitor system; from experience - it will blow your socks off! To accompany the groundbreaking audio system is a lighting set up that is second to none, with an abundance of eye catching lasers that create an ideallic clubbing atmosphere; not to mention the fire blasting organ behind the DJ booth!
MODE runs six month themed chapters, the first and current one being 'Future Vintage' which is inspired by the industrial revolution. In the main room you will find yourself being dwarfed by the six metre long Spitfire sculpture, suspended over the dancefloor. MODE's interior has been designed by the man behind Shangri-La at Glastonbury and features original artwork from street artists such as Obey Giant and Andrew Cross.
An innovative and delectable menu has been put together by the highly regarded head-chef Andi Oliver. You will find wacky sounding and wonderful tasting choices on the menu such as blood orange and vodka cured salmon, miso-glazed pollock cheeks or even dabble in the chocolate horseradish! The globally inspired menu shines with creativity and is most certainly a rare and palatable experience.
The incomparable venue is oozing with brilliance, artistry and many good times ahead! We believe the vision that MODE has really puts it up into another league to other venues in London!
